• Roof update - waiting on two bids from contractors to determine action

• Equipment needs

• JV Helmets - booster will pay

• Decals - coach will pay

• Varsity Bat Bags - Booster will pay

• Pitching machine - still looking for best price

• Board Update - will bring in Scott Price as Treasurer to backfill Michael Maham and Michael Maham will move to Vice President to replace the current open position

• Silent Member for next year - Jeremy Gonzales

• Booster Guideline Training Date - Michael & Angela will attend this year
